Time and Materials (T&M)

Ideally suited for situations where a Partner is accepting responsibility for agreeing, owning and delivering the acceptance criteria or for very short-term engagements (Body shop).

For T&M only engagements Bell Micro will;

• Provide experienced Consultants for the agreed dates and times to work as directed by the Partner
• Provide pricing on a daily rate basis which includes all expenses within mainland UK
• Liaise with the Partner to feedback progress and provide proof of delivery upon completion.
• Only invoice the days used

For T&M only engagements Bell Micro will not;

• Prime Contract with the end-user
• Provide a guaranteed date for completion of the task or project
• Accept responsibility for the scope of work agreed with the end-user or the delivery thereof
• Be responsible for delays caused by other parties engaged in the project
• Be responsible for delays caused by missing, incompatible, defective or unavailable equipment

For T&M only engagements the Partner will;

• Prime Contract with the end-user
• Undertake all communication and project management directly with the end-user
• Agree the scope of work and acceptance criteria with the end-user and communicate it to
  Bell Micro before work commences
• Undertake to pay Bell Micro in line with our Terms & Conditions
• Undertake to raise an additional purchase order in the event of a project overrun and more days being required
