Fixed Price Delivery

Ideally suited for situations where a Partner is expecting Bell Micro to accept responsibility for agreeing, owning and delivering the acceptance criteria with the end-user.

For Fixed Price engagements Bell Micro will;

• Provide scoping and project planning on behalf of the Partner with the end user
• Agree acceptance criteria based on the scoping with the Partner before commencing work
• Provide pricing to deliver a solution which meets the acceptance criteria agreed
• Provide services to deliver the project plan
• Liaise with the Partner to feedback progress and provide proof of delivery upon completion.

For Fixed Price engagements Bell Micro will not;

• Prime Contract with the end user
• Provide a guaranteed completion date for completion of the task or project
• Be responsible for delays caused by other parties engaged in the project
• Be responsible for delays caused by missing, defective, incompatible or unavailable equipment
• Be held responsible for the end-user withholding payment for any reason

For Fixed Price engagements the Partner will;

• Prime Contract with the end-user
• Liaise with all other 3rd parties unless otherwise agreed with Bell Micro
• Undertake to pay Bell Micro in line with our Terms & Conditions

For Fixed Price engagements the Partner will not;

• Agree their own scope of work, project dates or acceptance criteria with the end-user
